Meetings labeled as "limited" are non-quorum, and therefore non-voting, meetings of commission members to discuss issues. Usually two commissioners or the Mayor participate in these public meetings. Prior to December 17, 2004, the minutes of these meetings were taken by County staff, not the Comptroller's Office, and audio recordings were not made.
