The Payroll Systems Coordinator is responsible for researching, testing, and implementing all additions and changes to the payroll system. A Payroll Systems Coordinator operates with considerable independence. Researches, tests and implements additions and changes to the payroll system. Acts as liaison between multiple departments, agencies, and vendors as a representative of the Comptroller’s Office. Provides assistance to Payroll Department personnel in the operation of personal computers. General direction is received from the Payroll Manager. Salary Range: $52,000- $86,195. Position is open until filled.
A Revenue Specialist performs specialized clerical and accounting work, involving compilation, maintenance, and verification of diverse statistical, fiscal, and bookkeeping records and accounts. Work detail varies considerably according to the department or work area assigned. A Revenue Specialist is expected to exercise independent judgment to solve most problems that arise within their assigned work. Duties are reviewed by general observation and through periodic audit of records and transactions by the section supervisor. Starting salary: $15.19 per hour. Position closes on Saturday, February 23, 2019.
A Records Management Technician handles complex requests for information and retrieval of data and works in all areas of micrographics, including darkroom operation. A Records Management Technician plans and coordinates special projects associated with the access, usage, and disposition of records. Work is performed under the general direction of the Assistant Manager. Starting salary: $13.12 per hour. Position closes Saturday, February 16, 2019.
